By accessing and using Liborra's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Service Provider Verification

All service providers (TaskCrafters) must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before offering services on our platform. This includes identity verification, skill validation, and background checks where applicable.

4. Payments and Escrow

Liborra uses a secure escrow system to protect both seekers and providers:

• Payments are held securely until job completion is confirmed
• Seekers must fund escrow before work begins
• Providers receive payment after successful job completion
• Disputes are handled according to our dispute resolution process
• Platform fees apply to all transactions

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to bypass our payment system
• Use automated systems to access the platform
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by job status. Jobs cancelled before provider acceptance receive full refunds. Jobs cancelled after work begins may be subject to partial payment to the provider. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

The Liborra platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Liborra and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liborra acts as a platform connecting seekers and providers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided. Users engage with each other at their own risk. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
